The mysterious lady of the Musee d'Orsay -- when on one of my many visits to The d'Orsay, an employee there told me the strange story of "the ghost." It seems that, late, after closing, security and maintenance personal have seem this vision appear in different galleries. She gave me, as best she could, a description of this mysterious interloper. Viola!!!
About Bill OConnor
Years ago, when I was just a young guy tending bar in New York City, I befriended the author Kurt Vonnegut. During a night of riotous drinking, he introduced me to the artist Nicademis Hufford. They became like older brothers to me. Later on Nick, in his attempt to prod me, jokingly said "Bill, if you want to hang with us, you should either learn how to write or paint." Thank you Nick. ' After many years of owning restaurants in New York, and my subsequent career in the legal profession, I realized that I enjoyed painting above all else -- I hope you enjoy my work.
