Beautiful landscape painting, harmonious and appealing. I love the undulations of the land, which you capture so well here, in a subtle way. And I love the perspective! LF!

WOW Bill!!! I love your new art and THIS IS AMAZING!! It has such an inviting, storybook feel... like the place where a wonderful, peaceful adventure begins! The earthy tones and textures are just BEAUTIFUL!!
Bill OConnor replied:
thanks Danielle -- this painting actually "possessed" me for a while -- felt a bit lonely when I finished it.

I have the feeling of dawn...the sun's slant sending light here but not there....a wonderful radiance and glow. What a truly great vision, what a great painting, Bill. It's full of charm and power! Maybe your best landscape...but I do love them all. F/L+++

...thanks Nancy. The most enjoyable painting I've ever done. After the first few layers I said to myself "hey, I'm really begginning to feel all this" --even went off pallet to create the back hills -- it just felt right.
